1. Overview

AiryPad is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. To help you understand our return, refund, and after-sales policies, we have established the following policy.

2. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must not be a non-returnable item (see Section 4).
  • The item must be unused. If opened, it must still be returned with the original packaging.
  • The item must include all accessories and free gifts (if any).

These conditions do not apply to items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect (see Section 5).

If the return is not due to a product defect, incorrect item, or shipping damage, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping fees (if any), as well as customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable), are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned.

4.1 Custom or Personalized Products

Custom or personalized products are generally non-returnable.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4.2 Damaged Items Caused by Misuse

Items that are damaged due to the following reasons are not eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Improper use
  • Customer-caused damage
  • Incorrect handling

5. Problem Items (Wrong, Defective, or Damaged)

If you receive an item that is incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product
  • Your name
  • Your order number

This information helps us investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If our investigation determines that the issue was caused by misuse or customer handling, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

6. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are incorrect, defective, or damaged.

Exchanges are not supported for returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind).

This includes the following situations:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The product has a manufacturing or printing defect
  • The item was damaged during shipping

Once our team confirms the issue, we will arrange an exchange.

8. Important Notice

  • Returns must be approved before shipping the item back.
  • Customers must contact us first to obtain the return address.
  • Unauthorized returns sent without approval may not be accepted or processed.

9. Restocking Fee

AiryPad does not charge any restocking fees.

All eligible returns can be processed without additional handling charges.

10. Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders can be modified or canceled only if they have not been shipped.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 days after purchase.

Once the order has been shipped or a tracking number has been generated, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

11. Shipping Address Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing an order.

AiryPad is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers at checkout.

11.1 Please Note

  • Once a shipping label or tracking number has been generated, the address can no longer be changed.
  • AiryPad is not responsible for packages returned due to unclaimed deliveries or customs returns.

12. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 1–3 business days
  • The payment will be returned to your original payment method

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
